Professional applicants with artistic, athletic, coaching or referee experiences, who have intent and ability to continue the cultural and athletic activities to self support as self-employed in Canada and make a significant contribution to the Canadian culture, and sports. Many professionals like librarians, creative and performing artists, activists, conservators, curators, writers, translators, photographers, graphic arts technicians, technicians of motion pictures, broadcasters, announcers, and designers are eligible to apply under this program, as long as they meet the requirements which include – two 1-year periods of fulltime work experience in the last 5 years, or at a world-class level, can be proven thru a business plan.
