Refugees, Protected Persons, H&C
The individuals who are in Canada and face excessive hardship or persecution due to social, personal, political or economic reasons in their home country if deported. They are eligible for permanent residence in Canada. Such beneficiaries also include convention refugees and persons needing protection. Certain individuals who may not be covered in the above definitions but have a humanitarian and compassionate ground to stay in Canada may also be eligible for permanent residence. We serve our clients who fall in the above categories.
NOTE: All candidates must undergo medical examinations and obtain security clearances as part of the Canadian immigration application process.
